*** The lip of the ice machine has a build up of debris. *** The PIC explained that the ice machine is cleaned weekly (and provided logs to show that) however the person who usually cleans the ice machine was out yesterday, most likely leading to the build up of debris. I will follow-up on 9-15-23 to confirm that the ice machine has been cleaned. - 4-601.11(C): (C) NonFOOD-CONTACT SURFACES of EQUIPMENT shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, FOOD residue, and other debris. - V |
